As a former Deputy Collector and MPSC topper himself, he founded Rajmudra Academy in 2012 with a mission to democratize quality civil services coaching for aspirants across Maharashtra.
With a Ph.D. in Public Administration and extensive field experience in district administration, Mahesh Sir brings practical governance insights to the classroom.
